Innovative marketing for vapour-ware

PayBox is a relatively new, however yet to be up and running e-business. It is currently developing a new online currency and payment processing service to make buying and selling online easier and more secure. Even though the product is as yet unavailable, PayBox is cultivating brand and product loyalty with innovative blogging. PayBox has launched an affiliate program that encourages subscribers to login on a regular basis. Once there, they are asked to read about the company's progress and to contribute suggestions.
Subscribers (near 300,00) are becoming very familiar with the logo since they log on a few times each week to see what's new.
Subscribers are rewarded to contribute to the blog. It's free to sign-up and PayBox starts the account off with $25.00. Your balance increases as you visit. Frankly this part of the program is not clear to me. I'm at $78.00 after a few days. I don't believe we will ever see the cash! If anyone out their can enlighten me about this - feel free to contact me.

My interest in this is the marketing strategy. PayBox currently has 300,000 loyal blog readers so it's not hard to see where their client base will come from and how quickly it will grow if and when the web service launches. I expect other marketers will follow suit.
